Friendly reminder: Starting October 15, 2024, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice will be required for cancellations to avoid a late cancellation charge of the full appointment fee. Thank you for your understanding!

New Clients: To secure a spot in Jessica’s schedule, we suggest booking 1 initial appointment and 3 weekly follow-ups to ensure you are not left waiting a month between appointments. If you don’t need the follow-ups later, we can easily cancel them.

Waitlist: If you need an appointment as soon as possible, please put yourself on the waitlist. We will try our best to fit you in!

Superfine, single-use, sterile needles are inserted into acupuncture points to restore proper energy and blood circulation to heal the mind and body. Needles are retained for 15-30 minutes while patient rests comfortably.

Jessica is a dedicated and compassionate practitioner who respects the unique concerns of each patient. Her gentle approach provides a calming atmosphere for patients to deeply restore body and mind amidst the stress of daily life. She believes that deep healing stems from an exploration of self, and she strives to keep a safe and comfortable space for patients to speak their truth.

Jessica’s interest in Chinese medicine started at a young age, where visits to a skilled Chinese medicine practitioner instilled within her a deep trust and fascination in the healing arts. She is a graduate of TSTCM (Toronto School of Traditional Chinese medicine), working with patients and their wide-variety of concerns since 2013, including:
