To secure a spot in Jessica’s schedule, we suggest booking 1 initial appointment and 3 weekly follow-ups to ensure you are not left waiting a month between appointments. If you don’t need the follow-ups later, we can easily cancel them.

Superfine, single-use, sterile needles are inserted into acupuncture points to restore proper energy and blood circulation to heal the mind and body. Needles are retained for 15-30 minutes while patient rests comfortably.

Jessica’s interest in Chinese medicine started at a young age, where visits to a skilled Chinese medicine practitioner instilled within her a deep trust and fascination in the healing arts. She is a graduate of TSTCM (Toronto School of Traditional Chinese medicine), working with patients and their wide-variety of concerns since 2013, including:
